This is how it all began!
It was a God’s calling I would say that I was inclined into spiritualism and business. The more and more I went deeper into the roots of anything I did in my whole life I feel that I am getting one step closer to the Almighty.
Business and Spiritualism are not different. In the year 2005 when I was fresh out of my college, I decided to pursue my higher studies in the UK which was actually my turning point. I met different cultures, developed friendship with people whose countries names I have never even heard of. I was inspired by Swami Vivekananda and Ramana Maharishi even from my childhood days. It was the year 2006 that I attained the blissful state of enlightenment at my temporary home in Glasgow, Scotland. Should I say that I was extremely lucky that I attained the enlightenment so easily or should I say that I have missed the teachings of a proper Guru?
I was encouraged by many of my friends and some of the notable among them are Mr. Tharma Viswanathan, Mr. Gopala Nadimpalli and his family back in the UK. I made myself more and more inclined towards both ‘spiritual’ and ‘agama’ side of life. Only, later I realised that whatever route I take for liberation the end result is only the Almighty.
I began my travel thru’ various aspects of life where I found people suffering. As Buddha said once that the basic suffering for all is because of ‘itcha’ or in other terms it is ‘desire’. But in today’s world can everyone be free from this desire?
Once, a friend of mine asked me, there are a lot of ways to attain self realisation and to reach and pray God. But, for me as a lame man, I should be happy with my family life, what is the route for it?
It was such a simple question, but I thought and thought, finally I found the answer. Like the question, answer too is very simple. It is very difficult to leave out our desires, but what if we attain self realization thru’ the work we do?!
Zen Buddhism, Advaita and Dwaita all teach us this path. Only thru’ self realization we can understand both our strength and weakness. As Ramana Maharishi once told ‘Self Realization is the best gift one could render to this world’. Understanding ‘Who am I’ will give us a greater value to both our lives and to the society.
Understanding our strength and weakness thru’ self realization will lead us the correct path for business. It will also teach us the threats involved in doing that business. Today’s modern day management principles teach us this as SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness Opportunities and Threats).
In 1950’s Peter Drucker was said to be the father of modern day’s management. But, we Indians had the management concepts even before 5000 years ago. We had the greatest Civilizations of the world long before Peter Drucker introduced his management concepts. Mahabharata and Ramayana were two epics which speaks complete management concepts. All our four Vedas, Shastras and Upanishads speak about the Management Concept.
When Robert Clive first decided to rule India, he studied Artha Shastra where he took the concept of ‘Divide & Rule’ and succeeded in his mission. Every management concept which exists today in the world is born from India.
Not just Management concepts but all other concepts essential for a man to live is born from India and adapted by the foreigners, which is why the word calls our country as ‘Mother India’ – The Mother for all.
Not just Management concepts but all other concepts essential for a man to live is born from India and adapted by the foreigners, which is why the word calls our country as ‘Mother India’ – The Mother for all.
We, Indians are proud of the management theories that are born from our ancestors, we should tend to stick on and learn those concepts to achieve betterment in Businesses.
We at Maleshaa, an expert organisation have derived these management concepts from our ancient texts and deliver to our people in a way that all our clients achieve a greater success in their businesses. Our consulting involves a series of talks where we understand the exact requirements of the client, their working style and capacity, the problems they have undergone till now, we analyse it and find a solution that the client can take it forward.

It is indeed a difficult job to summarize the 10,000 years of philosophical study, but with pure devotion, discipline and interest one could learn it with ease, and just not learning but they can implement it in their daily business practice and succeed.
