startup, work for a startup, or work with a startup. The myth behind
these appealing startups comes down to culture: Startups are known for their open-mindedness,
flexibility, team-oriented, and highly creative cultures—all of which generate
excellent innovation and often rapid success.
As days go a
sudden twist comes in this culture. As days pass by the initial culture which
made the company so appealing fades away. The startup feels begins to blur and
seems to be grown as well midsized business entity. It is more important to

1.Highlight on speed
What sets apart a startup is that their agility and to be quick on
feet, promptly responding to customer queries and requests, if not the customer
might back out and got to a competitor.
It is always an important factor to maintain this attitude and not
to force yourself with too many formalities that will slow down your speed. It
is always best to remember all great startups deliver quickly and that is
something to be preserved.
2.Be Innovative
Startups are always known for their creativity and out of the box
thinking. Never an employee of a start up should think that these are
unnecessary. Leaders of any startups should have a open policies that should
encourage employees in bringing in new ideas. Elevate each team member in the collaboration
process and praise them for being creative.
3.Know your team
It is always important to have your employee in a comfort zone.
Treat that in relational feel and make sure you know your employees by names.
Take them for parties and events. The most important factor is to keep them
comfortable by aligning jobs with their skills and passions so that we get
maximum productivity.
4.Listen to your team
Always try to ground your ear, so that you can accept your employee
feedback. If not a open talk it is always safe to have an open forum where
employees can post their suggestions and feedback on regular basis for
betterment of the company.
5.Brand your culture
Maintain
your company culture will automatically speak through all your discussions with
clients and customers. It is always best to have a mission statement and list
of values that are clearly circulated among team members.
