The mantra of
our people today is highly competitive market + deadline environment
+ Biological existence + lack of physical activity + social loneliness. We live
in an era of technology and half alive human beings. Information noise has totally
gone out of control and mostly no one live their life as they could.
Everybody knows
what ROI, KPI, YOY sales etc. even for those who don’t comply. Nowadays bosses want to see competition to
evaluate best employee around and securing office existence is primary
objective now. These days it is a harder kick in the lower back, it is more
important to hide all the weaknesses and show strength, secure salary and most
of all no place for improvement.
Everybody gets
paranoid easily in crisis moments people. We come across many situations like house
mortgage is still on, kids need to be sent to college and your wife or husband,
couldn’t find the job, bills need to be paid. To add fuel to the fire social
media is running wild, aggravating the situation. We don’t even realize that we
use cell phone each 5 seconds, when we go through news and social apps
unknowingly fulfilling our fears and start treating everyone as enemy and
competitor.
But does
this really suit for employers and companies? Companies go through phases like,
money invested in product, distribution in process, no huge sales, time for optimization.
Even if company is showing great numbers in its profit, still market to be
fulfilled, competition might rise, economy change, aliens arrive. Any situation
anything could happen. Each boss knows their responsibilities and not only for
their families, but also office families. The only person who we look for is
BOSS, who is the shark of the company.
Now a
corporate family is either weight or muscle. So the fight starts and bosses
want to see, best down there. This moment realizes one thing; no one cares of
product and customer any more. On the other hand employees are also bosses of
their families, they have their own responsibilities. They survive as long as
they are waiting for better offer.
Most of the
time, we can see that everyone is right and wrong at the same time. And as a
result - it doesn’t work! Most of them in today’s corporate world are single
minded. That’s because they are family with exact similar goals.
When employers
and employees have different goals it is always just a part time path together.
And this often happens in all growing companies most of the time. Ideas and
same goals evaporate, corporate becomes no business, but political
organization. You know difference between two of those? Don’t Politics live by
taxes, companies.
Each situation
is different, still overall picture always looks the same. Your family should
be the only loyal source where this is about your business family. This the
type of company people want to work for. That’s when they know their place. Mother
won’t change her son based on market situation.
It is a universal
system where all corporate is one big family, working hard on their product and
growth of each individual on board. Each employee is a product itself for HR
market and automatically winner corporate will have all the best men on their
family, but will be found to raise their kids.
